We work alongside families, physicians, and caregivers to provide care that fits naturally into daily routines and supports meaningful progress at home.
The Better Days way
At Better Days, we believe therapy should be accessible, personalised, and built around you. That’s why we bring our services to where you live, learn, work, and play.
From physical therapy to occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and nursing, our experienced clinicians support people with a wide range of developmental, neurological, and medical needs, including autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, brain injuries, and sensory processing challenges.
Every plan is tailored to your unique goals, challenges, and strengths.
Simple pathways to care, no matter your coverage
Navigating therapy options can feel complex, but we’re here to make it easy.
Whether services are covered by insurance or paid privately, all care begins with a doctor’s referral to Better Days. Once we receive it, we’ll schedule your assessment and guide you through the next steps.
Collaborative therapy, built around your child
Whether working individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team, our experienced clinicians deliver personalized, evidence-based support designed to achieve meaningful outcomes.

FAQs
Do I need prior authorization for my loved one to receive home-based therapy through Medicaid?
A doctor’s referral is required, and prior authorization must be approved before services begin. Don’t worry, we’ll handle the paperwork and coordinate directly with your doctor and Medicaid. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process, so you know exactly what to expect.
What if we’re paying privately - do we still need a doctor’s referral?
Yes. Even for private pay services, a doctor’s referral is required before we begin therapy. This ensures that services are clinically appropriate and aligned with Colorado state regulations for home health care. We’re happy to help guide you through the referral process if needed.
Where do therapy sessions take place?
We offer therapy in a variety of settings, including in-home sessions, community-based therapy, and telehealth services. This flexibility ensures you receive support in the environment that suits you best.
